What is a Small Group?

Small Groups are a great way to be encouraged and challenged to grow in our relationship with Jesus Christ and one another.  A Small Group is usually six-to-ten people who gather weekly. You can 'be yourself', meet new friends, enjoy a snack, have fun, casual discussions, pray for each other, and discover how the Bible relates to everyday life - in a friendly, casual, non-judgmental atmosphere.

Small Groups are important at Coastal Life.  Why?  Because meaningful relationships are key to real and lasting life-change.  God Himself said that it's not good for us to be alone, and even Jesus modeled this by investing his life with a group of twelve.  He knew the value of small groups for spiritual growth, authentic community, healthy friendships, meaningful conversation, and leadership development.
